Our Greatest Need in 2024
CAW has spent upwards of $45,000 on repairs after the January winter storm hit us with accumulating snow, loss of power, downed trees, and sub-freezing temps for almost 12 days. The forced cancellation of multiple contracted guest groups and costly repairs were definitely not in the 2024 budget.
We also experienced a damaging mechanical fire in our Laundry room the first week of April, which is adding another estimated $10,000 to this number.
